Start asking for your customers’ ratings
After successful login, you will see the first default page. This is your service rating page. Either you pass your mobile phone to the customer or click on the Generate QR code below the screen to have your customer to scan the QR code using their mobile phone camera to provide a rating. For staff that are customer-facing and not seeing the customer, you can send them a link to give you a rating.
Check your service rating
To check your service rating, go to Reviews -> Received. Here, you will find all your customers’ ratings and comments.
The number of Claps display in each box is your customer rating. Additionally, the “Avg:” rating is the average rating of that customer. So, you can compare your service rating versus the average given by your customer.
At times, if you feel you have done a better job versus the rating given by your customer, feel free to click on the “ReAsk For A Better Review,” where your customer will receive an email to redo this rating exercise. But this is up to the customer if they would accommodate a better rating for you.
